More often than we’d like to admit, we are struck with the age-old dilemma of what to wear. Cries of “I have nothing in my closet!” can be heard as all of the articles in the said closet are thrown onto the floor (a renunciation of the latter statement, but whatever, right?). If you are like us and are currently nodding your head in acknowledgement, then we’ve got just the thing for you this summer: hats. Headwear have always been a staple summer time item (#TB to day camp)—but with good reason. They protect you from the sun, cool you down, and—depending on the hat—keep you looking fab. Wide-brimmed, capped, or leather, there’s seriously no better way to accessorize a basic jeans n’ Tee outfit than a topper. So, next time you’re crying in front of your wardrobe, save the mess, and channel your inner Single Lady: Put a [hat] on it!
