Oh, how we miss our childhoods- no worries, no responsibilities, and, most importantly, no muscle pain caused from heavy purses. Backpacks, the quick n’ easy fix for the latter ache, were every cool kid’s go-to carrier–and with good reason. It’s spacious, portable, and, with the right style and outfit, very chic. If you’re lucky enough to snag the coveted Chanel graffiti backpack or quilted classic–and hey, even if you’re not– pair your knapsack with a crease-free dress or outfit (after all, you are lugging a bag over your shoulder). The possibilities are truly endless when it comes to this trend. We recommend, however, limiting your options to more mature clothing; in effect, you don’t want to look like a complete child. It seems singer Alice Cooper had it all wrong after all: School is back for the summer.
